Recently, YFS Steel has completed all port loading work for a bulk order of overseas municipal water supply projects. A total of 7,600 CBM of centrifugal ductile iron pipes were hoisted onto the vessel in an orderly manner at a major domestic port and officially set sail for overseas destinations. The pipes will be applied to the local urban water supply network upgrading project, providing core pipe support for regional domestic water supply security and water transmission trunk line construction.

The ductile iron pipes delivered in this project are produced by centrifugal casting process, strictly complying with ISO 2531 and EN 545 international quality standards. They feature high strength, high toughness, excellent corrosion resistance and long service life, suitable for the long-term stable operation of long-distance municipal water transmission and urban-rural drinking water projects.

Loading & Delivery Execution

To meet the project schedule, YFS Steel coordinated the whole chain including production & QC, port dispatching and ship loading. Working with the terminal operation team, the company efficiently completed hoisting, stowage and reinforcement of bulk pipes, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient loading of the whole cargo.
