PPGI (Pre-painted Galvanized Iron) and PPGL (Pre-painted Galvalume) steel coils are core color-coated steel materials specially developed for the construction industry. Based on hot-dip galvanized and galvalume steel substrates respectively, the products adopt high-precision continuous coating technology, with organic paint layers uniformly coated on the steel surface, integrating the mechanical strength of steel and decorative & protective properties of organic coatings.
This series of steel coils features excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance and oxidation resistance. The galvalume substrate of PPGL contains aluminum-zinc alloy, forming a dense protective film on the steel surface, which effectively resists erosion from rain, humidity and ultraviolet rays, with a service life 1.5-2 times longer than ordinary galvanized steel. Meanwhile, the premium color coating has strong color fastness, not easy to fade, peel or crack under long-term outdoor exposure.
With stable tensile strength and good ductility, the coils support bending, rolling and stamping processing, adapting to various building component molding needs. Available in rich colors and diverse surface finishes, they are widely used in building roof panels, wall claddings, color steel tiles, factory enclosures and temporary buildings.
