Recently, YFS Steel has completed full-process production and quality inspection for its second batch of export-grade coated steel orders, which have been successfully loaded and shipped to overseas markets. This batch covers hot-dip galvanized steel coils, galvalume steel coils, high-speed wire rods and other categories, which will be applied to industrial plant construction, PV new energy brackets and modern agricultural facilities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. From raw material incoming to ocean sailing, full-chain standardized management provides dual guarantees for product quality and delivery efficiency.

Relying on modern continuous production lines, YFS Steel has established a closed loop of four core processes: pickling – cold rolling – hot dipping – finishing, realizing automated and large-scale production of coated steel products.

Strict Quality Control: All-Dimensional Inspection Safeguards Quality Standards

Before delivery, each batch of products must pass multi-level quality inspection, covering five core dimensions: chemical composition, mechanical properties, coating thickness, surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Complete material certificates and test reports are provided to ensure compliance with ISO, EN, ASTM and other international standards.
